At Maya & Henry's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
